Is there a fun fact about you that people might find surprising? That when I let my guard down I am actually very funny
What is your True Color Personality Style? My color was Blue and I agree with what it says about me.
Who is your idol? my idol is my mom because she always encourages me and inspires me to go for my goals everyday she would tell me the words be the best you can be with your words I now live by she always encourages me to reach my goals and never stop trying
Why do you love to dance? I love to dance because it is fun and relaxing but I also like how I’m able to express myself through movement in many different ways
What is your proudest accomplishment & why? My proudest accomplishment would be making my Studios competitive team because it meant that I had finally reached one of the goals that I had been striving towards for years.
What goals are you working on right now (in both dance & life)? A goal that I am working on right now in dance is getting better at turns because that is something I can always get better at whether it’s the number of rotations or my technique I can always do better with my turns. in life I am working on letting more people and and trusting them easily and letting my walls come down around others.
Tell us about a difficult situation in your life and how you got through it. What did you learn? A difficult situation in my life would be during the covid-19 pandemic because I was very scared about my family getting sick
because my dad is compromised and I didn’t want to get him sick I got through that by keeping in touch with friends and family over the phone and through dance. I also learned through this experience that there are many people around me that I can lean on and ask for help when I need it and then I’m not going through it alone
What is the most daring thing you’ve ever done? The most daring thing I’ve done is go on a 50-foot zipline across the ocean it was very exhilarating and scary. From that experience I’ve learned that it is better sometimes to just dive in instead of thinking about it because if you think about it then you might change your mind
If you’ve been to ADTC, what is your favorite dance camp memory & why? My favorite dance camp memory is going on girls night out because it is very fun to go out with your friends and get to dress up
What is your A.D.T.C. Superpower? I am an ADTC Team player because I am a very caring and compassionate person and I always want to help others be the best and put others before myself
What do you want other girls to learn from reading your #ADTCidol bio & story? I want girls to know that it’s okay to be scared and if there are always people around you who will help you as long as you ask for it. I also want girls to strive to be the best that they can be and to chase their dreams.
