We Love ADTC!
“My daughter had a wonderful 2 wks of boot camp through ADTC. They have another 4 new sessions coming up and Kaylee is begging to participate in them. This camp has brought her a whole new level of confidence, fun, and new lessons learned. I love that she has to take the time to create choreography Read More
– I feel that has made her grow as a dancer. She is having to put together what she has learned and apply them herself. She is learning at least 4 combos or more in different genres per wk which gives her the exercise of picking choreography up quickly . She works with a variety of different choreographers from California, Texas , Vermont, NYC etc . They are all encouraging and positive to their students. Most of all she is having a blast everyday at camp and making new friends. We love ADTC!”

BLOWN AWAY
“Just a quick note to say just how BLOWN AWAY we were with this week’s camp!! The entire week my daughter was smiles and could not stop talking about her dances and her bunk and… everything!!! It was such an amazing experience… and even more impressive because it was virtual!!! Thanks again!”
~ Orah K., Chicago, IL
Excited Every Day
“Thank you! I appreciate this camp so much. My daughter is excited every day to start class. I am glad that she is up and moving instead of being on the couch with her iPad. We have been staying at home since March and this is a good way for her to engage with other girls. We want to sign up for another week!”
~ Tobi S., Frisco, TX
Can’t Thank You Enough.
“Just wanted to say that my daughter is really enjoying virtual camp. I can’t thank you enough for doing this. It’s such a hard time, and it has been amazing to have my daughter dancing a bit again. She looks forward to it each day – which is a real change from all the other online classes she has tried. We have even noticed a difference this week in how she is acting in the evenings and even my parents noticed she was more talkative on our weekly family zoom dinner. I hope you know you are really making a difference in our lives.”
~ Jennifer G., Saline, MI
Saw Her Enthusiasm Grow!
“I just wanted to thank everyone at ADTC for a great week. My daughter had a great time. She wasn’t sold on the virtual camp concept at first. Her dance school’s been in virtual mode for several months, and it isn’t the same. She was also anxious about how to manage the camp and her school work. However, I saw her enthusiasm grow and her worry wane with each day. I honestly wouldn’t have guessed this was the first ever virtual camp year. You pulled it off! Read More
It must have been a gigantic effort behind the curtain. What really stood out, though – virtual or not – was the sense of investment, commitment, presence, and true caring. I have an older son who’s been attending hockey camps for several years. I told my wife yesterday, imagine if the people who ran hockey camps cared this much! My daughter is looking forward to another virtual camp in July and, hopefully in person next year.”
~ Garth T., Millersville, MD
Happiest Since Pandemic
“My daughter absolutely loved the virtual camp a few weeks ago. While it isn’t the same as being immersed in dance for a week at the overnight camp, her ability to dance with friends and just be able to dance for hours each day improved her mental health. It was one of the happiest we have seen her since the whole pandemic started. Thanks for all you and the company do.”
~ Martha K., Fort Atkinson, WI

Kenya Clay is a California native, born and raised in Inglewood, has loved dance ever since she can remember. Not growing up with traditional studio training, Kenya says the streets and TV were where she picked up all her moves early in life. Throughout high school her passion stayed with her, and at just 15 she heard of an audition for a music video on the radio and took the 2-hour bus ride to get there. Though she got cut, she knew from that moment she wanted to pursue dancing as a career.
Fast forward many years later, countless hours of training, and 100's of auditions and you're looking at one of the industry's blazing talents. Kenya has had success as a dancer, teacher and choreographer...but she still prides herself on being a student, claiming that this is "only the beginning for her."
As a performer she has danced and choreographed for many major live shows including the VMA's, the Grammy's, Ellen, DWTS, AMA's, just to name a few. Dominating the TV scene, she has been featured on the Fox hit show Glee, How I Met Your Mother, Greek, Teen Nick's The Nightlife, and was a guest celebrity choreographer for Vh1's Money Hungry. She credits MTV's America's Best Dance Crew for igniting her career, which she was a first season contestant on with her all female girl crew Fysh N Chics.
She has had the privilege of dancing with Music's top artists such as Black Eyed Peas, Mary J. Blige, Willow Smith, and just recently filmed a new Michael Jackson video.
Besides being a force in the commercial scene, Kenya is quickly making a name for herself in the choreography and teaching circuit, currently teaching Hip Hop at IDA Hollywood and the world famous Millennium Dance Complex. She trains all levels, from kids to adults, beginners to advanced performers.
She has taught at several studios throughout California as well as in Vermont, Ukraine and Italy. Her class was highlighted in the Sept 2010 issue of Los Angeles Magazine's "BEST NEW" article, declaring it one of the best classes to take at Millennium Dance Complex. Her big break was when she was asked to be associate choreographer for The PussyCat Dolls "Doll Domination" world tour as well as other projects for the group including the VMA nominated Best Dance Video "Joi Ho". She has also choreographed for artists such as Paradiso Girls, Girlicious, and Hot Chella Rae just to name a few. And she was also a guest choreographer for SYTYCD Ukraine...
Kenya is eager to share her experience and talents with everyone. Ready and willing for everything her Love of Dance has to offer....
