Join us for our FREE Zoom Dance Camp Sat, Apr 13, 2024 (2-5pm EST). Our theme will be Earth Elements to celebrate our amazing planet in this month of Earth Day & Spring, and we’ll be dancing to songs about earth, water, fire, air, wind, etc. We’re inviting all girls ages 8 – 17 to join us on zoom for this “triple-threat” boot camp ~ dancers will learn combinations in 3 styles (contemporary, hip hop & jazz) with 3 different ADTC choreographers. Every dance class includes fresh choreography & technique. Dancers are divided into groups by age/ability and practice videos are emailed after class so you can keep dancing at home.

** Virtual Dance Camps Make Online Learning Fun **
Studies show that a key to happiness is having something to look forward to. Our virtual dance camps offer girls a FUN stay-home dance option and a chance to make new friends (and re-connect with camp friends) this spring/summer. Our virtual dance camps create an opportunity to do what we love in a safe, well-structured environment.
It may seem counter-intuitive, but when we participate in interactive Zoom classes in dance (and the Arts), we feel more energized for online learning, which sets us up for academic success. Uplifting virtual activities actually counter “Zoom Fatigue.” ADTC Virtual Dance Camps are the perfect chance to recharge in a healthy and creative way, while making authentic connections with other girls & caring female leaders who share our passion for dance.
Just like our ULTIMATE overnight dance camps, the core dance disciplines we offer at our virtual dance camps are contemporary, hip hop & jazz. Styles of each discipline vary – for example, jazz dance may include Broadway, lyrical or modern. Check out these performance pieces from our summer virtual dance camps!

We Love ADTC!
“My daughter had a wonderful 2 wks of boot camp through ADTC. They have another 4 new sessions coming up and Kaylee is begging to participate in them. This camp has brought her a whole new level of confidence, fun, and new lessons learned. I love that she has to take the time to create choreography Read More
– I feel that has made her grow as a dancer. She is having to put together what she has learned and apply them herself. She is learning at least 4 combos or more in different genres per wk which gives her the exercise of picking choreography up quickly . She works with a variety of different choreographers from California, Texas , Vermont, NYC etc . They are all encouraging and positive to their students. Most of all she is having a blast everyday at camp and making new friends. We love ADTC!”

BLOWN AWAY
“Just a quick note to say just how BLOWN AWAY we were with this week’s camp!! The entire week my daughter was smiles and could not stop talking about her dances and her bunk and… everything!!! It was such an amazing experience… and even more impressive because it was virtual!!! Thanks again!”
~ Orah K., Chicago, IL
Excited Every Day
“Thank you! I appreciate this camp so much. My daughter is excited every day to start class. I am glad that she is up and moving instead of being on the couch with her iPad. We have been staying at home since March and this is a good way for her to engage with other girls. We want to sign up for another week!”
~ Tobi S., Frisco, TX
Can’t Thank You Enough.
“Just wanted to say that my daughter is really enjoying virtual camp. I can’t thank you enough for doing this. It’s such a hard time, and it has been amazing to have my daughter dancing a bit again. She looks forward to it each day – which is a real change from all the other online classes she has tried. We have even noticed a difference this week in how she is acting in the evenings and even my parents noticed she was more talkative on our weekly family zoom dinner. I hope you know you are really making a difference in our lives.”
~ Jennifer G., Saline, MI
Saw Her Enthusiasm Grow!
“I just wanted to thank everyone at ADTC for a great week. My daughter had a great time. She wasn’t sold on the virtual camp concept at first. Her dance school’s been in virtual mode for several months, and it isn’t the same. She was also anxious about how to manage the camp and her school work. However, I saw her enthusiasm grow and her worry wane with each day. I honestly wouldn’t have guessed this was the first ever virtual camp year. You pulled it off! Read More
It must have been a gigantic effort behind the curtain. What really stood out, though – virtual or not – was the sense of investment, commitment, presence, and true caring. I have an older son who’s been attending hockey camps for several years. I told my wife yesterday, imagine if the people who ran hockey camps cared this much! My daughter is looking forward to another virtual camp in July and, hopefully in person next year.”
~ Garth T., Millersville, MD
Happiest Since Pandemic
“My daughter absolutely loved the virtual camp a few weeks ago. While it isn’t the same as being immersed in dance for a week at the overnight camp, her ability to dance with friends and just be able to dance for hours each day improved her mental health. It was one of the happiest we have seen her since the whole pandemic started. Thanks for all you and the company do.”
~ Martha K., Fort Atkinson, WI

American Dance Training Camps is a company inspired by and created for strong girls. Doing what we love enables us to embody, model & teach our sixteen character values, or “movement manifesto.”
The ADTC Movement Manifesto is one way we promote our values within our dance camp community. It is an ever-evolving collection of bold thoughts that allow for some real conversations to take place at camp and throughout the year.
