This page is for calculating camper canteen / activities refunds throughout the week so we’re ready for check-out. Please record daily camper canteen spending, and daily canteen balance (which is canteen deposit less spending). Campers with the $275 activities acct deposit get 20% OFF their activities total. At the end of the week, please calculate the total canteen + total activities refund owed to each family. If the total refund is less than the initial square payment, please apply the total refund (for BOTH canteen + activities) via square! If the total refund owed is more than the initial square payment, please refund the canteen only (and Lindsey will refund activities via paypal).
