TEEN WORLD TRAVEL 2010

TEEN WORLD TRAVEL camps are for girls ages 13 - 17. WORLD TRAVEL campers can fly round-trip with ADTC staff from New York for an additional fee, or meet our group at the Cusco airport. In addition to core dance classes in jazz and hip hop dance, WORLD TRAVEL campers will be exposed to a variety of elective dance disciplines (such as Merengue, Salsa, Bachata, Peruvian Dance, Reggae, Yoga, Pilates & Meditation). Campers take four dance classes per day, and at week's end, they get to show off their new moves in a big Friday night performance for fellow campers and the local community

ADTC WORLD TRAVEL dance camps allow teenage girls to explore and grow as individuals and as part of a close-knit group. Campers learn from local women and community leaders and in the process develop into leaders themselves. Our teen dance retreat in Peru is designed to be a dynamic catalyst for personal growth and reflection. Indulge in a life-changing journey!

Teens ages 15 - 17 are invited to apply to be "Leaders-In-Training" while attending any of our TEEN TRAVEL camps!

Join us this August for a 9-day TEEN WORLD TRAVEL dance camp in one of the most exotic sites in the world - Peru's Sacred Valley! We will explore the intersection of modern Peruvian culture and dance with the ancient technologies of yoga and meditation. Ten percent of all proceeds will benefit "Casa de Milagros," an orphanage in the Sacred Valley.

Campers stay at the Hanaq Pacha Retreat Center in the Sacred Valley, Peru. Beautiful, traditionally decorated teepees sleep 3 - 4 campers each, while our gourmet chef serves up organic Peruvian cuisine (vegetarian and raw food diets can be accommodated). The dance & yoga retreat center features a beautiful 800 square foot yoga/dance studio.

Do you love the sound of our Peru location, but you wish we offered additional weeks? Give us a call. If you want just a few alterations to our dance camp at the Hanaq Pacha Retreat Center, "tailoring" involves very little thinking on your part! You can tailor the dance focus to meet your needs, then we work with you on the "fitting" of dates that meet your needs and our availability. It's a no brainer!
